      I love the diversity of clients I see. I am able to see as few or as many clients when I want to. Their platform is constantly improving. Pay for no show/late cancel.

      They don’t match your session rate. The pay is monthly.

      I love working at Spring Health. I've worked for several telehealth companies over the years and this company has fair pay, reimbursement for missed appointments, CEU opportunities, responsive admin team, and a steady referral stream. So glad I found this company.

      Pros

      Spring Health has an amazing mission with incredible people who want to change millions of lives. The people are compassionate and collaborative. We are growing at an unbelievable rate so that’s really exciting as a company and realizing the impact we are making every day.

      Cons

      Our growth rate means we are not always getting things done in the best way because we’re not always working smart and efficiently. We need to simplify the way we work and remove distractions for our people. Having worked at quite a few start ups, this is not ununsual. We’re building the right team to help us get there!
