      Decent pay Learned a lot Remote work

      Cons

      Your experience is tied to your manager. Great manager = great job. Bad manager = terrible terrible job. Expectations are super unclear and they hold your mistakes against you. HR doesn’t even pretend to care which I found odd for a mental health organization

      Caring navigators hampered by micromanagement and low morale

      Care navigators care about the work. .

      Cons

      April and Adam scheming everyday to ensure the work is micromanaged. These people know little about Therapy and only seek to exploit it. Morale is garbage there and burnout rampant but as long as they pad their bank account who cares. Bitter is the only taste I have about their mistreatment.
