      Great coworkers and mission, but leadership is inconsistent

      Pros

      Incredible coworkers and ICs, some great managers too. Great benefits. You work with people dedicated to a worthwhile mission.

      Cons

      Lack of accountability for leadership depending on the department, some people outsource everything to AI, and there have been basically annual layoffs and restructuring.

      People are helpful and are supportive.

      Cons

      Providers are required to complete FMLA papework for clients. You spend more time completing paperwork than counseling. The paid is low as well all the work and extra responsibilities the providers are required to do.
