      -Strong mentorship and management - approachable, open, honest, smart, and experienced -Amazing team members with opportunities to work cross-functionally -Every employee is driven by the mission -built out trainings and career pathing (or in the process of building them out- this is a top priority) -Spring Health truly careers about their employees and this reflects in their benefits package, encouraged time off, actively working to combat burnout, and mental health days

      This is not really a Con - but as a Start-up, processes are ever-changing and the structure of the org is fast-paced

      Everyone I work with is very smart and empathetic. There are a lot of great opportunities on the horizon as a company as well as the chance to make a big change for mental health. Exciting times! - 401k matching - Great benefits - fully remote, flexible schedule

      - usual growing pains of a start-up - lots of technical debt - no bonuses
