This company has grown from a handful of employees to 100+ in a short time, and I believe that the issues identified in some of the negative reviews here stem from inexperience---not from greed or self-promotion, as can be the case with many leaders. That gives me hope that with continued work, we are on the path to building an amazing company that fits my values to: (1) make a positive impact on health and wellbeing of others (2) provide growth and opportunity to stretch my skills and widen my thinking (3) interact with coworkers who enrich my days.
