Pros

Everyone is super friendly and respectful, the hours are amazing, and I love what I do. It's not high stress at all, and everyone is very understanding of anything personal that may come up and you need time off. I can't say enough good things about Spring Health, I just absolutely love it here.

Cons

Sometimes dealing with escalated members can be tough, but there's a ton of support and help here if you need it!
