The company mission is great, which is what initially drew me in. Since starting here, I have been blown away by the company culture and the work/life balance. I never work over 40 hours/week, and I don't feel the need to ever respond when I finish my day. Obviously, working remote is also a plus.

Cons

Only been here 7 months but I don't have any as of yet.
