spring health was a good place to work overall. the company is growing really fast which means there are lots of opportunities to take on more responsibilities or run with things. the people are smart and genuinely care about mental health

things are pretty hectic and people are expected to figure things out without much help

Company has a great mission and is delivering quality resources to employers and their employees. Company moves fast and has a solid footprint in the market. Mental health is a very hot topic with employers across the US so is a good industry to be in.

Cons

Typical growing pains of a younger company. Bandwidth issues across teams is sometimes an issue but is something that is being addressed as the company continues to grow.
