Pros

Nice Co-workers. Great pay.

Cons

They dump patients on you all at one. Triage and Charge nurse do not commicate when putting patients in rooms. No lunch nurse you just have to find time and punch out. Heart monitors is not where anyone can see it. If it's beeping no one cares. Had a patient on V tach no one noticed or cared they kept giving me other patients. Doctors are arragant and never put in their own orders. Treat nurse's like junk. Can't find doctors with a critical patient they just tell you to give him fentynal drip and never put an order in.

Pros

Hiring process was quick and easy. Good teamwork and learning environment. Great training and orientation.

Cons

They are about the budget. The will schedule the least nurses and CNAs possible due to costs. It unfortunately affects the nurse's stress levels and the patient's safety doing it that way.
