Nights, low to no customer contact, minimal duties, also meeting new guest as well as seeing frequent guest. The new management is awesome in my book

Cons

Very slow at night. Not my duties for overnight night audit

THe environment was always positive and encouraging. Room for growth within departments and corporate is always responsive to any complaints or issues. Marriott's structure and training is very well executed and flows well from one property to another.

Cons

Lot's of freedom and unsupervision. Leads to coworkers getting frustrated with each other due to lack of accountability.
