Pros

You get access to three separate forms of income; You make credit card tips, Cash tips, and $5 hourly. A great pro is if you make under 75$ during a single shift of credit card tips, then the $5 hourly gets bumped up to $7 for that whole shift.

Cons

There is a manager that earns more money in their bonus by saving money. This leads to them cutting corner, hours, and being an overall burden on the staff in a position that should solve problems rather than create them.
