Pros
1. Opportunity for growth and development. The sales team is aggressive and competitive. Come in willing to work hard and be coachable. The system works if you apply your self diligently and have the unwavering desire to WIN 2. Culture. The people at Springbot are incredible and diverse. You will learn to work cohesively towards a goal and succeed. I've made friends for life here and will look back on the experiences and memories with reverence. 3. Leadership. Austin is an amazing leader his vision and personal engagement in the development of all his employees is empowering. He is present and motivated and will bear more than his share of the load to ensure the team's success. The C level leadership will know your name and be available to coach and mentor you if you show the desire to learn and succeed.
Cons
1. The startup life is dynamic and ever-changing. Be flexible with new systems and processes. If you need structure and stability you may not be a great fit here. It's the nature of the growth stage and not a knock on anything other than a disclaimer. 2. The pay structure awards success but is not high. If you are looking for a job where you can kick-start your sales career and are motivated you will make money that is competitive especially if this is the first job for you coming out of college. 3. Cross-department communication. As the size of the business grows there are growing pains that are inherent. One is the ability to maintain open and continuous communication lines across the different departments i.e marketing, product development, sales, and engineering. This can sometimes inhibit the sales process as new products are rolled out. 4. Work life balance. Pressure to come in early and stay late can be a product of an open office environment. Make sure you develop a routine that allows you time to unwind and enjoy life. You can accomplish your goals in 7 hours if you apply yourself and stay disciplined.

Culture and employees are a top priority. Transparency for goals, product and company future is well documented. Fun place to work everyday. Fast growing and conducive to upward mobility and promotion growth. CEO is dedicated to business and cares about his people.
Cons
No WFH, but is flexible if employees need to be home for service reasons.
