Pros
Square 9 is always striving to improve it's product suite, customer service and client success. The company has recently made some major internal process changes to improve product deployment to ensure the satisfaction of end users. The Square 9 partners take the same approach to employee relations. They have created an office environment which promotes a "work hard, play hard" atmosphere. Employees are expected to bring their A game to work everyday. However, there is no lack of laughter or comradery. Benefits and time off policies are rich and the modern office provides employees much to do during down time. Lastly, Square 9 employees are some of the best coworkers I have had the opportunity to work with. There is a good sense of collaboration and community among the team.
Cons
Square 9 has two satellite offices and sales reps located in various states across the US so not all employees and managers are based out of the corporate office. It is difficult to get to know new coworkers who are not based out of corporate.
