Pros

The management team is very involved. The whole company is still small and very value-driven. If you have an idea or suggestion, it will be heard. If it's good, it will happen. If you do well, you will move up. They're more concerned with making good employees happy (maybe shifting departments or enacting changes) than loosing them. You also have a great ability to shine of you go above your call of duty...it gets noticed.

Cons

Depending on the position you have, you may have to travel. The client base is country-wide, so you may be stuck in weird places.

Solid executive management team with significant industry experience and complimentary traits who are always available and open to feedback, solid year over year growth the past several years, bagels on fridays, good compensation and growing benefits, freedom to be creative and autonomous, tremendous growth opportunities, company continually invests in its future, great location in downtown New Haven

Cons

Sometimes the atmosphere can be too laid back and lacking structure
