Pros
The CEO and CTO are very friendly and know what they are doing. They stop by your desk to talk to you, and are always open for questions. Managerial staff is good as well. Offers a great training program, Support for in house software is way above those in the field.
Cons
Salary is quite lower than market value, do not feel as if there is much room for advancement. Do not get compensated for travel time outside of work, no comp day or overtime.
