Pay is good thanks to the union.

Cons

Management micromanages and is scattered at best. Policies are constantly changing. Nurses cannot train onto other floors,they will hire from out of state before they will train existing nurses.

Smaller hospital system, although regional and Trauma level II. The caregivers make a difference in patient care. 401B w/ 6% match. Health insurance is less expensive and overall good plan choices.

Cons

Like other hospital systems, change can take too long.
