Great staff to work with! Lots of overtime opportunities.

Cons

Always short staffed, but units try their best to provide breaks. Management overwhelmed. Apparently not "a lot of movement" within the system.

Project intake is out of control. Time tracking and human resource allocation for non-Union employees does not exist. Leadership has little respect for work life balance of employees and routinely neglects to staff appropriately.
