      Good benefits. That's the only positive I can think of.

      Cons

      They constantly are changing things for employees no matter how long they've been in place or how unfair employees think it is. The ONLY thing that matters to SCHS is their budget. Instead of cutting the executives ridiculous salaries, they take from the already paid lower-than-average employee. They're ridiculous.
