Pros

Managers encourage personal growth and are very supportive. Good Team environment. Efforts for outreach to the community

Cons

Tuition reimbursement is not the best. Turn over seems high. Staff are often pulled to other units. Maximized Staff/patient ratios make for a stressful work environment. BSN nurses make the same as two year nurses.
