st elibeth just merged with st lukes, there are many adjustments some not good. Not sure how they will surrive

They have recently merged with a competitor at a time when the economy is negatively impacting business. Benchmarking has been instituted years ago but departments doing a good job with productivity are not recognized. Instead of requiring departments who have poor productivity, when job cuts are necessary, all are required to cut the same amount regardless of productivity. Human Resources and Administration have become even less employee-friendly.
