The "Catholic charity" Hospital out for the buck

Pros

I am not committing on clinic side as I have no dealings there but can say that we are ranked by numerous groups and seem to be a leader in the hospital industry.

Cons

There have been numerous big changes and challenges in the past 18 months through administration changes. Administration has made so many changes and not necessarily for the best. They seem to constantly changr the policys. You are not encouraged to think of box.

Good benefits, good people to work with, really good starting pay, lots of training and experience, great managers you can go to for help

Cons

Drama, drama, drama, lots of burnout, long shifts, have to work holidays and weekends, never can find a good parking space if you get there at the wrong time
