Pros

Lots of job openings. Education opportunities through cohorts and tuition reimbursement.

Cons

No longer about patient, staff, or physician satisfaction. Perceived monopoly in northern KY area makes staff satisfaction a very low priority. Overworked and underpaid. Patient/RN ratios very high.

Pros

St. Elizabeth hospital is a small facility and makes new employees feel more welcome.

Cons

Due to the hospital being a small facility, there are "clicks" as far as staff and management are concerned. Therefore, it seems like "the good ole buddy system" when punishments or write ups are handed out.
