Pros

If you have some spare time you're willing to kill or nothing to do at all, this is good for what it is. Hours are flexible, pay is decent for doing nothing.

Cons

Never seen a raise, management is poor and never at the office, you get treated like crap, there are more productive ways to spend your hours rather than standing for 8-10 hours in an empty room.

Basically getting free money standing around. You have a lot of alone time standing around. You get to think about whats your next step in life.

Cons

You get taken advantage of a lot. No benefits, no paid vacation just paid sick hours. Too much disrespect either in your face, or behind your back.

The company truly does work with whatever your schedule is no matter what kind of schedule it is. They always land you work that may be a bit over the place but eventually land you a solid site to work at.

Cons

Hours. You will work weird hours until they get you a site. Another huge issue is if you do not keep a track of the hours you work you may as well get paid whatever. Example if you worked 76 hours but didn't notate that, you can get paid for 70 hours and you would never know.
