Good People, Bad Operations & Management

Everyone works hard from the top down.

Cons

Poorly organized management (especially scheduling & uniform distribution). Shifts are not a full 8 hours, but 5.5 & 6.5 hours. Unreasonable expectations of the guards. High end retail is nearly slave labor. Guards must stand for the entire shift (no exceptions!). Guards are not allowed to talk while working. Unpaid lunches. Very little respect given by the clients. Security post orders seemed to be written by attorneys and insurance companies (no regard for guard safety, just liability only).

Competitive pay rates, excellent training standards, and strong teamwork atmosphere. This company provides upscale protection for high-end retail stores, so they ensure that their employess receive the best training and compensation possible.

Cons

Therer are very few opportunities to recieve promotions due to the structure of the company. More management positions could provide the company with skilled individuals that are able to provide needs for our clients in unique ways.

Starting pay is great and the uniforms are free.

Cons

Accepted the job over 3 weeks ago and still have not started. Have to pay out of pocket for your license if you don't have it.
