Minimal support from the company also means minimal interferance.

Cons

Had at least two regional managers fired in under a two year period. They hire alcoholics to armed positions, and were unwilling to fire them for coming into work drunk.

Cons

If someone calls out sick, you will be expected to cover shifts and potentially work a double-shift. This happened a few times a month, but the Site Supervisor did his best to minimize double-shifts. Only happened a handful of times while I was there.
