You do work with a good team.

Cons

You must work 1 full hour and then take a mandatory 10 min break which is timed and reported. If you go over the limit a full report is made which you must explain why you went over. Then your forced to be on your feet for the rest of the shift.You are not allowed to have 2 days off in a row. For what ever reason your just not allowed. Just getting days off is a ridiculous battle. You must turn your phone off so they can't try an change the schedule last second.

Always receive your check on time, don't seem to be a lot of bs. The field managers don't seem to harass you.

Cons

Armed security officers only make $12.00 an hour, I know security officers for other places make $12.00 and more working unarmed sites. armed officer should make at least $14.00 especially considering the neighborhoods the site are located.

Very little other than the cool hiring manager.

Cons

They cheat you out of almost every paycheck. First thing I was told upon being hired was to count every penny and to make sure you have your hours logged separately as they would and have had shortchanged their employees consistently. Avoid working here at all costs. Hours are not steady, sporadic and sparse and seasonal.
