Will give you any amount of overtime you want. Coworkers are fun to work with. Not much else to say

Cons

Poor Management High turnover rate No communication between management and employees. Trinity makes everything worse. Employees don't want to work. No training or promotion last few years, no explanation why. Poor pay, HR is unreasonable.

Great teamwork, good work environment, lots of opportunities to learn and grow, management is easy to talk to. Management always seems to have the employees best interest in mind.

Cons

Location can be challenging, the winters can be harsh, and the weather very cold. Sometimes parking can be difficult. Traffic can also be a problem around rush hour.
