Pros

Flexible work schedule, free parking, PTO accrual is above average, cost of health insurance is relatively low if you're single and do not have any children.

Cons

Lack of staff, too many meetings and online health requirements, administration seems to care only for the bottom line and how many patients each provider sees in a day. Favoritism amongst management.

Choose your start time 7,8,9 can come in early or late to make up time if have a appointment.

Cons

Supervisors are horrible. Raises suck 2 %. Health insurance goes up every year. Copays use to be zero before the merge.

Lots of good people who care about their work and the patients work here.

Cons

Administration places emphasis on cutting costs, over quality of care and employee satisfaction. LOTS of really good employees , clinical and non-clinical have left over the last few years and management does not care.
