Ok benefits. Some really good perks if you know how to use them. Meet new people. Good work/life balance.

Cons

Too much he said/she said. The behind the scenes motto of the company is " Do more with less ", Overly UNDERstaffed for a multi-million dollar healthcare company. Micro-managers. Everybody is afraid to say anything for fear of being fired.

Since takeover by Trinity SPHP, formerly known as SPH is a completely different place and not in a good way. It became corporate quickly with changes that were not beneficial. They push too hard for too much.
