Pros
The nurses, secretaries and patient care techs are some of the best around. They are very knowledgeable. They also love what they are doing and you can tell with how they take care of each patient.
Cons
Everything is constantly changing. You get a 2% raise every year, you work a minimum of 1000 hours and pass your evaluation. There is so much wasting of paper. The cafeteria sucks. Sandwiches cost 9 dollars but a foot long sub cost 5.75. Not everyone gets market adjustments. Management is constantly trying to change each units work life policies.
