Most of the people are great. Continuing Care Division (The Eddy) is second to none!

Cons

Losing autonomy with the merger. Local affiliates are beholden to corporate and unable to innovate as in the past.

The physcians are wonderful to work for. Great learning experiance if you can make it through dealing with office management.

Cons

No growth potential, low salary for the amount of work demanded, no raise after demanding employees are certified, unappreciated, unfair treatment depending on who you are and if management likes you.
