Pros

Stackla really allows you to control your own destiny with your career, an abundance of opportunity and challenging projects to tackle to allow you to grow your skill set and your career. Decision making process at Stackla is second to none - we take inputs from all different parts of the business and make fast, decisive, informed decisions in everything we do which lends itself to having everyone's voices heard while still taking the best path to reach a conclusion. The product is incredible and evolves quickly to provide customers a ton of value. Having been at other companies where the product is not necessarily up to par, it is refreshing to have the backing of such a strong product team that makes it easy to be successful. The support from every department and every level in the organization is fantastic, I've never felt more supported and invested in any role before. Whatever you aspire to be, Stackla and its executive team will support those goals.

Cons

As a terrible cliche, there is nothing negative I have to say about the company. I couldn't have asked for a better place to come in every day.

Pros

Stackla presents a HUGE opportunity for those looking achieve great things and grow your career. Like most sales roles, you get what you give but one thing that differentiates Stackla from the pack, is their willingness to invest in YOU.

Cons

It is a developing company and when working in the startup industry, you will always have growing pains to deal with but if you are able to adapt and mature with the company, then Stackla will be a great fit.

Pros

Stackla's product is market-leading, this makes life as a salesperson a lot easier. We know if we run our processes effectively, we should win in competitive sales scenarios. Product team is awesome, and keeps on innovating and leading the way in the market. Remarkably mature people development programs for such a young company. Culture is great, full transparency, no BS, work hard, do your job, get recognized, have a work-life balance. Great place for career development. You will be given a wide remit of responsibility and support to learn, grow, and to be pushed outside of your comfort zone. The UGC industry is really taking off, customer requirements becoming more complex, so it's an exciting thing to be at the bleeding edge of a market disruption.

Cons

Not a place to work if you want to sit back and have a free lunch (literally or figuratively).
