      Pros

      Great work environment with opportunity for career advancement. Senior Management looks out for you and accepts ideas and suggestions to better the workplace. Ability to ask questions and learn about different aspects of the business and roles within the company. Corporate team is very helpful and approachable.

      Cons

      Insurance plans are a little pricey and needs a 401k plan.

      Pros

      Experience, office staff, hours, pay. The company seemed great when I got hired. The whole office team got along great and we all worked hard. The offered great hours and promised a quarterly bonus

      Cons

      Training, corporate management, no bonuses which were promised. After being at the company for 6 weeks, the major issues started to arise. Everything has since fallen apart. This is the offices 3rd staff due to corporate being unprofessional. I would not recommend this position to anyone and I'm surprised that some of the staff stayed as long as they did.
