Compensation is good. Good nurse to patient ratio. Free parking. Management fair. Clinical ladder. Good hours. Planetree philosophy. Easy commute from Westchester

Cons

Upper management don’t seem to follow through on issues concerning inefficient processes that have been raised. Must pay out of pocket for BLS & ACLS certification prior to getting reimbursed. Nurse bullying is an unfortunate reality here
