Great benefits and excellent tuition reimbursement. Pay is higher then most hospitals. Employees are friendly and work as a team always putting patient care first!

Cons

Management needs to recognize, value, and keep employees informed. Rarely do they hold huddles or meetings with staff. Too many long term employees have left.
