People are very respectful and understanding. It is a 40-hour per week job so I am able to do other things around it.

Cons

Not too much room for growth unless you are highly self-motivated. A little bit old-fashioned

Pros

Great family atmosphere with good people. Very happy with work/life balance and low stress. If you don't like commuting to Manhattan, it's convenient. Plenty of office space.

Cons

Low pay and opportunity for growth. It's very old school technology wise and mentally. Some people have been there 20+ years so flexibility and progressive thinking is limited.
