Pros

One of the best places I have ever worked. Friendly associates. Lots of possibilities to learn new things. They do a lot of fundraising for good causes.

Cons

Company does not like to hire directly through them. They tend to do a lot of layoffs. Only way to work there is through Express Employment.

Excellent company to work for. Very family oriented and focused on relationship building with their employees and customers. Great opportunity for a long career.

Cons

Not a lot of room for career advancement. Difficult to earn salary increases above the established percentages. Limited resources for assistance.

Great pay compared to other surrounding companies. Hours are not bad and Smp observes and closes on majority of holidays.

Cons

No air conditioning; very hot in the summer, bad management, needs a lot of improvement. Had a few safety violations.
