It was a great company to work for. Great benefits and company ethic.

Cons

There were not really a lot of cons to working here. The only thing I can think of is that benefits don't start until after first 90 days probationary period.

A company that has been around for nearly 100 years. Many of the sales force members have been around for 25 years or more.

Cons

Corporate leadership lacks direction and commitment to the servicing the customers through support of personnel in the office and in the field. Too much of a "good ole boy" network of family and friends working together.
