Good company, but some major flaws

Pros

PTO policy, no weekends, mostly laid back, overall good people with good intentions. I enjoyed my job for the most part, not very stressful.

Cons

Upper management, poor communication, major disconnect and hostility between departments.

Thank you for your feedback. While we are always working on ways to improve our culture, we pride ourselves on the health and wellness initiatives we’ve put in place. Between the onsite gym and cafeteria to the walking path and fitness classes, wellness is key at Standard Textile. We are continuously working hard in this area to encourage managers and associates to have ongoing and candid conversations. Our hope is that in doing so, associates are known as individuals and are valued for the work they contribute to the team. We appreciate everything you have done for us and thank you for your service at Standard Textile.
