Company has no sense of itself. Complacent employees left to dawdle while competent employees buried with all the additional work. Unrealistic timeline expectations for large projects and little to no allocation of appropriate resources for projects. Egos and ignorance of what this site does, to make a profit, by the Directors having serious negative impact on performance and agility of the manufacturing that is supposed to occur here. No will to make necessary changes to be successful because it may hurt people's feelings.

Very little support from engineers. Designers expected to identify all criteria needed to design a tool. No flex time. Set hours. If you deviate from your set shift you are penalized. Yes they have a point system. If you do not schedule your day off at least a day ahead of time you get a point. No sick or personal days. You call in sick it is unexcused and you get a point. I hate working here because of the attendance policy. I like working flexible hours if you come in half hour late you stay half hour later. Not here you get a point for early or late departures. As a business professional you have to punch a time clock. Engineers and Designers sit in the middle of the shop in a second floor pre fab room. No office space at all. No bathroom. You have to walk halfway across shop for bathroom and only 3 stalls for hundreds of people. This place is always hiring cause people are always leaving.
