Pros

Really great benefits (medical, dental, 401K, flex spending etc). More than fair compensation. Some opportunity for growth depending on the timing and who you know.

Cons

There are a lot of office politics. A lot of people have been there for a very long time and are stuck in a, "that's the way we've always done it" type mentality. There are some romances between managers and their subordinates that have been going on and a lot of other managers turn a blind eye. There's a lot of blaming and not a lot of responsibility taking. No support from HR whatsoever. Definitely some race tension amongst departments. In trying to save money, they will pile a lot of work onto one person in various departments.

Pros

Work environment is ok, pay is nothing special, don’t expect raises that keep up with cost of living. Coworkers are the best part, company advertises rewarding career, used to be that way.

Cons

My coworkers and I have all made complaints to the ethics hotline about components repairs president, but no action is taken. Inappropriate acts like threats against PTO use, and assignments over weekends are the norm now. Many have left, many others are looking. Corporate HR doesn’t take ethics seriously as they have done nothing.
