      Can’t think of any other than meeting a few good people.

      Worst company I ever worked for!!!! I was even warned about that fact upon accepting a job in Springfield from Standardaero own corporate HR. Knowing these facts I took a job regardless. Why? I needed a place to work that was central located while my kids finished college. My youngest is finishing his doctorate. My point? No need to work for Standardaero any more! Moved on to better job. Spent a lot of years in the military! Standardaero is Not a veteran friendly company!!!!! I’ve worked for companies such as west star aviation, flight international, l-3 communications, emery air, Chicago jet, Sierra Nevada. Most Of previously listed companies I have worked for I left on very good terms!!! If you are prior military and have your A &P? My advice? West star aviation!! If Not a veteran and no license and no A&P? standardaero? Just my opinion. Roll the dice and take your chances!

      good benefits. good hours. very safety orientated.

      does not pay a good hourly rate. bonus amounts are less in Canada. lacking of planning
