      Pros

      PTO is great, shop floor employee's pretty awesome.

      Cons

      Too many to list. Pay is terrible for the industry. Raises are a joke. HR department very poor. Lots of nepotism. No praise when you do well. Unrealistic expectations a lot of the time. High volume of work. Lots of trip hazards and congestion on the shop floor. Trouble employees are moved to better paying jobs while those who do well are stuck in their current rolls. Moral very low. Many engineers are out of their element are can't give you good answers on processes. Company bites off more than they can chew. Shop floor employee's advice and suggestions never considered by management.
