Great people to work with. Clean place. Multiple shifts, including a weekend shift.

Cons

HR sucks. Training sucks. Management sucks. Engineering is not to bad, I've seen worse.

If you find yourself within the clique.

Cons

No job security, under appreciated, favoritism at its best, micromanaged by incompetent managers. No opportunity for advancement and lack of communications within managements. Human Resources is a Joke. Unbelievably, with so much negativities, Standard-Narrow took legal action against competitor for taking their good employees. Company is sledding downhill.
