      You get a paycheck for work

      Cons

      100 year old company with amature management Financial turbulence lurking ahead while competitor attracting business and Standardaero's employees No overtime or cut back to 32 hours policy last year for some sites. Company is been sold over and over for profit or lacking profit.

      Lack of leadership, HR is a joke, more people retiring than are being brought along (brain drain), get your money when you come in....

      good health insurance, benefits, environment to work in. Shops utilize each other to keep work in-house and help each other out.

      Cons

      Top-heavy company, too many managers managing too few employees. When lay offs come around, managers are asked to "plead their case" to keep their jobs which often entails throwing their workers to the wolves.
