      Extremely poor ethic within management and senior level managements. Employee turn around high. Extremely cheap Company.

      Pros

      Work in a dynamic environment. There are many opportunities to advance in the engineering department. Growing skills on the job is highly encouraged and assistance provided. Most colleagues are very personable and insist on helping in any way that he or she can.

      Cons

      Available work is cyclical. 5 years ago, the company was turning away projects because we didn't have enough hanger space. Now, there are no aircraft in the hangers. I was laid off due to lack of work. This is a tough industry to be in.

      A Bully Workplace. Low class local and senior level managements. The Safety and Security training are used as a tool for harassment. Good people, experience people leaves or being fired.
