The people are what makes this place. There are a lot of great people working here. This place has to be one of the cleanest shops to work in.

Cons

Wages are about $5/hour off the mark. Also it takes an extremely long time to get up the wage scale. Top rate is something that can not be reached. Management really has no idea what the shop guys do it's embarrassing.

Pros

This company has clean well maintained facilities, all tooling is provided and in good condition. It usually hires experienced highly trained employees. Promotions are available to most employees and annual pay raises are standard.

Cons

Managers are often in-experienced with no training. I have been trained in various management methods. I have held many management positions for over fifteen years with the responsibility for success solely dependant upon me. However, my immediate supervisor had been at the company longer so even though he had little training and very little experience he still ran things his way often unfairly for the associates.

Cons

Executive and senior leadership need be more forward thinking and embrace to innovative new technologies to continue leading and not fall into a follower passive posture.
