Business Outlook
Pros
Had good operations and functional leaders (all gone now). Some interesting work, and generally was a great work atmosphere with good coworkers. Good mix of product to help keep a stable workforce and allow people to move between businesses.
Cons
Last three CEOs from the US and DAE have butchered the culture and are destroying the company. Many engaged and knowledgeable employees are being fired without cause. Seems to be actions taken without a good strategy for keeping the quality and safety of the employees or the product.
