      Good working environment, good benefits and compensation, employee input is valued and welcome, job security for direct employees, great co-workers

      Pros

      Laid back, highly productive business. The employees get along for a warehouse position.

      Can be a bit too laid back. Some of management is a bit close-minded.

      Bright and clean work environment.

      Cons

      Management has no clue how to work with people, to much favoritism! The pay is $5-$10 under what you would make at Boeing or Magellin, the pay increases are pathetic not in tune to the cost of living at all. They preach a continuous improvement attitude but there is no insentive, sorry I lied if you save the company 1000 of dollars you'll get a cell pizza day done by the crap in house food service. My advise is to wait it out and get employment elswhere!
