Pros

Company offers a decent benefits program, tuition assistance, fairly competitive compensation. Try's to strive for a continuous improvement opportunities, and wants all employees to engage in the practice.

Cons

Management is completely disengaged from the business. Since the departure of Rob Mionis the company gives the look and feel as if it is a shift a drift in a storm with nobody who understands how to drive the boat. Company lets good key members of the Tempe management team go for no good reason, destabilizing and demoralizing the company further.

Pros

Most of the people you work "with" are competent and nice to spend the majority of you day with. Work is mostly entertaining and not overly mundane.

Cons

Wow where to start... Poor leadership! directors are mostly hired by their friends, and also hire cell leaders based on prior relationships, and not qualifications. poor raises, lots of lies from HR, company says they are family oriented but they don’t care just make them money! the cream does not rise to top at big blue, ask for a lot of sacrifices from employees yet do not compensate at raise time! if you are good at your job you will never get moved or promoted, only people that get moved, transferred, promoted are the "riff raff" and friends of people in charge. I actually had a former director (who didnt work for SA anymore) admittidly does not like me call and ensure i was not re-hired 12 months later....

It is a wonderful work atmosphere were everyone is nice, caring, professional, yet light hearted and willing to help you in any way they can.

Cons

I dont have anything bad to say about this company at all!
